Week 1
Over the past couple weeks the whole group has worked on the general parts of the business, including the blog and all the little parts within the blog such as the BMC, all our roles in the company, our values principle and mantra.
This past week we worked mostly on the MVP and we've already made a few minor adjustments We have also taken stab at the cash flow, we have a few numbers but that will be worked on over the next couple months.
This upcoming week we are going to focus mainly and the story board. We will look at the MVP and see if we need to make any adjustments. We also need to get a few more reasonable values and principles.
Week 2
In the past week we had got some new insight from outsider. We have a few ideas thats we need to add to the BMC and slightly change some out of MVP. We created and presented our storyboard.
This week we need to design our supply chain management. We also need to start thinking about what we are doing for our video for our prototype. The Cash Management Forecast also needs to be looked at a little bit ever week so we don't save it till the end.
Week 3
In the past week I worked on the demand creation which included figuring out how we are going to get customers and how much they cost to participate in, as well as all the free ways the get customers. The rest of the group did the swot analysis and the supply chain.
The next week not much is going to happen because it is reading week and the whole group is away.
Week 4
Not much happened this last week cause I was away. We have some to catch up on in this upcoming week.
We need to update our BMC and start our video prototype, figure out how we want to do it and who's is doing what.
Week 5
We had the advisory board meeting and we got some good info that we need to transfer our video, MVP as well as the BMC.
This week are working on our video. And still puttering away at the cash flow management.
Week 6
This past week as a group we started the OPPM. We filmed the video and and I am finishing up the editing so we can present it on tuesday. This up coming week we as a group need to figure out the detail of our MVP so we can do out test either this week or next.
Week 7
This past week we filmed and present our video, we got some great feedback from the advisory board for our final package. This week I am getting out in the office and test the value porposition.
Week 8
This past week we worked as a group to get on the financial statement and got as far as we could, we have a few things we weren't sure of and will need to discuss in the meeting this week. I got out and did my own MVP which included surveying to validate or change our value proposition.
This upcoming week we have the group meeting and we need to discuss the financials.
Hypotheses - To find a way to market our value proposition so that our target market isn't just people with celiac disease.
MVP - Survey that consisted of question asking people if they would go to a 100% gluten free restaurant if they had a celiac friend why or why not. Does 100% gluten free scare you away. If you were to choose would you rather go to a diner that offered healthier alternatives which consisted of all gluten free or a diner that was 100% gluten free.
Results - Everyone said that if they had a celiac friend they would go to the gluten free diner only in the best interest of the friend, if on their own they wouldn't. Approximately half said that 100% gluten free turned them away, the half that said it didn't was because they have had good gluten free products and whiling to try more. Everyone also said they would me more inclined to go to a diner that promoted healthier alternative which included gluten free rather than a diner that was marketed as 100%gluten free.
Week 9
This past week we sorted out the financial statements a bit better. This upcoming week we need to do our dry run of the pitch and take some feedback and change it up if need be.
Week 10
This past week we improved our pitch with the feedback from the dry run. This up coming week we will present and finish up the final things for our final package.
